Performance practice for amphibians

Campi Sensibili / Sensible Fields is a permeable research practice that explores an ecological, complex and conscious perception of the living at the interface between artistic experience and everyday life. Each edition is site-specific and is designed in relation to the context and the people involved, together with representatives of the host networks. Between May 2020 and June 2023, it has produced more than 30 editions.

During the Sensible Fields, a group of artists share in a park or garden proposals of a corporeal and performative nature with the participants, who are all connected to each other, via earpiece, to a digital meeting platform that allows them to both listen and speak whenever they wish.
This gives rise to an amphibious environment, physical and digital, present and displaced, within which shared exploration is brought to life.
Sensible Fields was created to learn how to inhabit this amphibious world, this 'garden within a garden.'

A second section of Sensible Fields can host events and dramaturgical, musical, choreographic writing.

Sensitive Fields at the Botanical Garden of Padua (10-11-2021):

If the garden is a small world that in its limitedness makes visible, enjoyable, comprehensible the world as we conceive or desire it at a certain moment in our history...then, now, what do we desire? How do we want to inhabit the continuous transition between analog and digital, between presence and dislocation? How can we do this without giving up the experience of the body, indeed, intensifying it? What relationship with the trees, the flowers, the meadow, the earth, the sky? How do we want, how do we know, 'to be together'? What if we are just the footprint of a great animal beginning to move among us, and in us?
